My kids love to make smoothies. We do this at least 3 times a week and although it's nothing original, I thought it might be worth sharing. Kids are so happy to help in the kitchen. They do all the steps by themselves, save plugging in the blender. The steps are pretty straight-forward and, as you probably know, kids love making smoothies!
Step One: Cut up lots of strawberries and one banana.
Step Two: add yougurt (missed the pic of this oh-so-crucial step!)
Step Three: Add the "secret" ingredient of Cinnamon!
Step Four: Blend (with Mom's help)
Step Five: Get a straw, a "real" glass, and enjoy!
