We had such a fantastic time on our recent trip to Utah. Our kids have grown up in sub-tropical Guangzhou, so the concept of autumn was one they only knew from books and movies. It was pure joy to experience the colors, the cool crisp air, and the chance to finally get some family photos. Even I hadn't experienced this beautiful season in more than 10 years. We made the most of it!

Adventures in Australia
We didn't do the Reef, we didn't do Sydney, we didn't do a lot of the "must do" things. What we did was perfect for us, and I highly recommend our itinerary!

Adventures in Cambodia
Although our family has travelled to many places, I don’t
remember the last time I blogged about our travels. Yes, I post lots of pictures on facebook, but
I’m usually too lazy to recall the details of our trips once we are back. I just come back knowing we had some great
family time and saw some cool new things.
However, our trip to Cambodia was different.
We did so much and yet it never felt stressful, the kids
never complained, and everything was just easy and magical and wonderful. I learned about Cambodia. I got to see a small glimpse of real life
there, which gave me a lot to think about.
Of course, we were tourists and we did lots of tourist things, and
enjoyed every minute of it! A few of you
have asked me about our itinerary and how we structured our time, so that’s
what I’ll give you in this post.

So Here We Are in Paris
That's right, we are in Paris, and enjoying every minute of it. Sort of.
Traveling with kids is interesting--- our kids are very good, rather experienced, world travelers but we've realized that they equate travel with relaxation and non-stop "fun", rather than adventure and learning.
